ÔPIA organic de-alcoholized Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine alternative, reveals exceptionally fine and persistent bubbles. The colour is bright golden with delicate green highlights, clear and crystalline. The nose is complex and deep, marked by white flowers (hawthorn, linden blossom), citrus notes, and a touch of brioche.
The palate is silky and elegant, carried by a fine and persistent effervescence. The structure is supported by a lively mineral backbone, combining precision and balance. A beautiful long, saline finish.
Serving suggestions
To be enjoyed well chilled, between 6 and 8°C (43–46°F). Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood.
