ÔPIA, the fruit and its flavour are placed in the spotlight
ÔPIA is an organic, alcohol-free drink made from grapes grown in the South of France.
The Cabernet-Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes used to make ÔPIA are produced using organic methods of agriculture and are free from synthetic products.
The production process adheres to organic production methods combined with the main principles of maceration and ageing a wine. The difference lies in the complete absence of alcohol which is ensured by naturally stopping the fermentation of the grapes.
With no alcoholic fermentation and no dealcoholization, the ÔPIA range is also free from additives, preservatives and has no added sulfites. ÔPIA therefore conserves the original taste of the grapes and allows consumers to discover the natural goodness of these sun-drenched grape varieties.
